Etched Outdoor Plaques
Etched outdoor plaques are a great way to get detailed text, logos, and photos onto a plaque surface. The chemical etching process allows for much smaller details than cast or precision tooled.
What is Chemical Etching?
Chemical etching, a process that dates back to the Middle Ages, allows us to transfer the most complex artwork to a brass, bronze, copper or stainless steel surface. Temperature controlled chemical mixtures selectively remove parts of the surface of the plaque, producing some of the most detailed artwork and lettering possible.
Etched Bronze
Whether it is to dedicate a building or honor a loved one, etched bronze is sure to impress. We use our C90300 lead-free alloy that creates a high quality detailed plaque.
Etched Stainless Steel
Stainless steel has a nice silver finish similar to aluminum, but it is heavier and much more durable. Choose stainless steel when you need an outdoor metal plaque that is the toughest on the market.
